4 Pandan leaves (tied into knots)
1 Egg (overwhelmed)
200ml Thick coconut milk
1300ml Water
100g Granulated sugar
2 Blocks of Kristal melaka
15g Agar Agar powder

Technique

  1. In an enormous pot, pour in 1300ml of water along with the pandan leaves.
  2. After about 8 minutes, open the lid and add the two blocks of manis melaka. Stir properly to dissolve.
  3. Add in Agar Agar powder and proceed to stir.
  4. Beat the egg gently right into a bowl and blend it with the coconut milk.
  5. Pour the egg combination gently into the pot and steadily stir it until included.
  6. Enable the combination to carry it to a boil earlier than switching off the range.
